My goal is to offer a trusting therapeutic relationship. A safe space to help you find clarity, build skills, resources and move forwards reaching positive changes in your life.
About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist trained at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and a Certified Coach (ICP). I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Universidad de San Andrés). Throughout my professional journey, I have also completed several postgraduate programs, which reflect both my commitment to learning and my curiosity about human experience.
I’ve had the opportunity to study at public and private universities, both in Argentina and abroad, and to live in countries such as France (Paris). These experiences allowed me to connect with diverse social and cultural communities and shaped a perspective that values difference and complexity.
Professionally, I’ve worked in a variety of contexts—from multinational companies to public hospitals—supporting individuals from different countries, backgrounds, and life stories. This broad range of experiences has deeply enriched my clinical approach, helping me develop the ability to adapt my work to the unique needs of each person.
All of this path comes together in my clinical practice today. I work from a relational and contextual perspective, drawing on a wide range of tools and approaches to support meaningful and effective therapeutic processes. My work is also continuously nourished by my own personal exploration, as well as clinical supervision, personal therapy, and study groups.
I truly love what I do and feel grateful for the trust people place in me. My intention is to offer a professional space that is warm, safe, and respectful, where each person feels heard, accompanied, and supported with presence, sensitivity, and solid clinical grounding.

As a Clinical Psychologist
I currently work in private practice, accompanying therapeutic processes in adult clinical care.
Clinical Background
Throughout my clinical journey, I have been part of interdisciplinary teams, working with patients facing various mental health challenges, both in public and private settings, and across different stages of life (adolescents and adults). Some of these experiences include the Mental Health Department at the Primary Care Center (Centro de Atención Primaria) affiliated with the Central Hospital of San Isidro, Dr. Melchor Ángel Posse, and the Ángel H. Roffo Institute of Oncology.
My training integrates several psychological approaches. I specialized in relational psychoanalysis (A.A.P.P.G.), systemic therapy (Espacio Dragma), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (C.P.P.).
Currently, I am in the process of completing a specialization in Bioenergetic Psychotherapy (I.A.A.B.). This training deepens the understanding of the body’s role in therapy, recognizing that many of our experiences and emotions become imprinted and sometimes stuck in our bodies. Through therapeutic work, these can be released and integrated to restore our vital energy and emotional well-being.
I see professional development as a continuous path. At present, I participate in study groups that explore various clinical perspectives, which enriches my practice and supports an integrated view of human complexity.
My Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative. We assess your needs and priorities, and work to help you reduce distress, increase wellbeing, and progressively build skills and resources to reach the change you want.
My practice is grounded in attentive listening and respect for each individual’s pace. I use ontological coaching and mindfulness as powerful and complementary tools to my clinical practice.
I also incorporate a mind-body perspective, recognizing that our emotions and life experiences are expressed not only through the mind, but also through the body. From a bioenergetic approach, we work with the understanding that the body is a fundamental part of the therapeutic process, aiming to foster a deeper connection with oneself and a sense of well-being that allows for a fuller expression of our vital energy.
What my clients say:
Organizational experience
With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I developed a deep understanding of the dynamics, challenges, and opportunities that shape organizational life.
Early in my career, I worked for Group Danone's headquarters in Paris (France), and later at the Barcelona branch of Grupo Arcor (Spain). These experiences gave me invaluable insight into intercultural work and the richness that comes from engaging with diverse environments.
I later continued my professional development in the Human Resources field, working as a consultant and business coach at Whalecom and at IAE Business School (Universidad Austral), leading workshops and courses in postgraduate and master’s programs on leadership, communication, teamwork and change management. I supported change processes, training programs, and development initiatives in organizations across various sectors, integrating tools from Psychology, Mindfulness, and Coaching.
I have collaborated with organizations such as: Peugeot-Citroën, IBM, Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, Loma Negra, Carrefour, Unilever, Grupo Techint, LoJack, Monsanto, Molinos, Sony, TyC Sports, Coca-Cola Femsa, Banco de Boston (now ICBC), Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Universidad de San Andrés, Omint, among others.
My current practice with business leaders
I specialize in supporting entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals from my role as a Clinical Psychologist, bringing together my background in business and management with a deep and sensitive therapeutic approach.
I work from a comprehensive understanding of the person, one that considers both action and emotion. My approach seeks to foster authentic, sustainable, and conscious transformation, helping to build healthier relationships with oneself and with others.
My goal is to offer a safe, professional, and respectful space to explore personal or professional challenges, and to accompany each process with commitment, warmth, and presence, supporting the path toward a fuller, more coherent, and connected life.

What I offer...
In this very special moment that we are living in the world, with uncertainties around so many aspects such as the economy, war, health, among others, I am offering online consultations to people who feel the need for guidance to navigate the impact that this reality has in their emotions and their interpersonal relationships.
One of the current challenges is the high level of stress and daily pressure: Self-demands, relationship tensions, psycho-physical exhaustion and unfulfilled projects, mobilize emotions that sometimes emerge without being able to be managed. In addition to this, the dizzying situations that working life can sometime present, affects the well-being and productivity of people, making them more fragile. Deep tools are needed and at the same time easy to apply (not to be an additional overload!).
I propose a joint work emphasizing self-care and emotional regulation. Through therapy, it is possible to create a different space from confinement, enabling a time of internal production that brings relief and that allows the development of other solutions, when the usual responses to what overwhelms (anguish, anxiety, feelings of loneliness, fear, frustration, anger, nerves, disorganization, boredom and sadness, among others) no longer work.
